Pizza Making Gear

The Pizza Equipment I Use and Recommend

You do not need a commercial kitchen to make great pizza. These are the mixers, pans, peels, thermometers, and baking tools I use to make pizza in my home kitchen.

Every product listed here is something I currently use, have personally tested, or believe can help make the pizza-making process more consistent.

Build Your Setup

Better Tools Can Make Better Pizza Easier

The recipe matters, but your equipment also affects how consistently you can mix, ferment, shape, bake, and finish your pizzas.

My own pizza setup has developed over years of experimentation. I make several pizza styles, including New York-style pizza, Detroit-style pizza, grandma pizza, and other East Coast-inspired pies. Each style benefits from having the right tools for the job.

This collection includes the pizza-making equipment I rely on for preparing dough, checking temperatures, handling large pizzas, baking pan pizzas, and safely removing hot equipment from the oven.
