Why LloydPans?

One of the biggest challenges with pan pizza is getting the bottom crust properly baked while still creating the texture you want inside the dough. More Than Detroit
LloydPans also makes Grandma-style pizza pans, another style I make regularly.
Grandma pizza typically uses a thinner layer of dough than Detroit pizza, so getting good heat transfer into the bottom of the crust becomes especially important.
LloydPans makes its Grandma pans from hard-coat anodized aluminum with a shallow 1-inch depth and angled sides. It's a pan designed specifically for this style rather than a generic sheet pan.
