LloydPans Detroit Pizza Pan Giveaway

1. Sponsor and Prize Provider

The Best Pizza Shop × LloydPans Giveaway (“Sweepstakes”) is administered by The Best Pizza Shop (“Sponsor”).

LloydPans is providing the prize for the Sweepstakes but is not responsible for winner selection or administration of the entry process.

The Sweepstakes is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Meta, YouTube, or any other social-media platform.

2. Eligibility

The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of entry.

Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

Employees, contractors, representatives, and immediate family or household members of The Best Pizza Shop, LloydPans, or parties directly involved in administering the Sweepstakes are not eligible to participate.

3. Sweepstakes Period

The Sweepstakes begins on September 6, 2026 at the time the associated YouTube video is published and ends on September 20, 2026 at 11:59 PM Eastern Time (“Sweepstakes Period”).

Entries submitted before or after the Sweepstakes Period are not eligible.

Sponsor's records will be the official timekeeping method for this Sweepstakes.

4. How to Enter

To receive one eligible entry during the Sweepstakes Period, entrants must complete all of the following:

1. Follow @thebestpizza.shop on Instagram.
2. Follow @lloydpans on Instagram.
3. Publish a new Instagram feed post or Reel featuring a pizza the entrant has made.
4. Tag @thebestpizza.shop and @lloydpans in the post or caption.
5. Include #BestPizzaLloydGiveaway in the caption.

The pizza does not need to be Detroit-style and does not need to have been made using a LloydPans product.

New York-style, Detroit-style, Neapolitan, grandma, tavern-style, pan pizza, and other homemade pizza styles are welcome.

The qualifying Instagram post or Reel must remain publicly viewable through the end of the Sweepstakes Period and until a winner has been verified.

Instagram Stories alone do not qualify as an entry.

Entrants using private Instagram accounts must make the qualifying entry publicly viewable so Sponsor can verify the entry.

Limit one (1) entry per person.

No purchase is necessary.

Purchasing a LloydPans product, using The Best Pizza Shop's LloydPans affiliate discount code, subscribing to The Best Pizza Shop on YouTube, liking a video or post, or making any other purchase will not increase an entrant's chances of winning.

5. Entry Content

Entrants must have the right to publish any photograph, video, caption, or other content included in their entry.

Entries must not contain content that infringes another person's intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other rights.

Entries containing unlawful, threatening, harassing, hateful, obscene, fraudulent, or otherwise inappropriate material may be disqualified at Sponsor's reasonable discretion.

By entering, the entrant represents that the submitted pizza and associated content are their own or that they otherwise possess all necessary rights and permissions to publish the content.

Entry does not transfer ownership of an entrant's content to Sponsor or LloydPans.

By entering, entrants grant The Best Pizza Shop and LloydPans permission to repost or share the qualifying entry through their respective websites or social-media channels for purposes related to the Sweepstakes, with reasonable attribution where practicable.

6. Prize

One (1) eligible winner will receive:

• One (1) LloydPans 8×10 Detroit-Style Pizza Pan
• One (1) LloydPans Pan Grabber

Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $50.26.

The prize is non-transferable and may not be redeemed for cash.

LloydPans may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if an advertised item becomes unavailable for reasons outside its reasonable control.

LloydPans will arrange standard shipment of the prize to the verified winner at an eligible address within the United States.

7. Winner Selection and Odds

On or about September 21, 2026, Sponsor will randomly select one (1) potential winner from all eligible entries received.

This is a sweepstakes based on chance.

The quality, appearance, style, photography, number of likes, popularity, or perceived quality of an entrant's pizza will not affect the likelihood of winning.

Odds of winning depend upon the total number of eligible entries received.

8. Winner Notification

The potential winner will be contacted by @thebestpizza.shop through Instagram direct message.

The Best Pizza Shop and LloydPans will never require payment, credit-card information, banking information, Social Security information, or the purchase of any product in order to claim the prize.

The potential winner must respond within seventy-two (72) hours of notification.

The potential winner may be required to provide their full name, mailing address, age, and other information reasonably necessary to verify eligibility and deliver the prize.

Information necessary for prize fulfillment may be provided to LloydPans so that LloydPans can ship the prize to the winner.

If the potential winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond within 72 hours, is determined to be ineligible, declines the prize, or fails to comply with these Official Rules, the potential winner will forfeit the prize and Sponsor may randomly select an alternate winner.

A person is not an official winner until their eligibility has been verified by Sponsor.

9. Public Announcement

After the winner has been verified, Sponsor may announce the winner's Instagram username and/or first name through The Best Pizza Shop's website, YouTube channel, Instagram account, or other social-media channels.

LloydPans may also share or repost the winner announcement through its own social-media channels.

By accepting the prize, the winner grants permission for such an announcement except where prohibited by law.

10. Taxes

The winner is solely responsible for any federal, state, or local taxes or other costs associated with accepting the prize that are not expressly stated in these Official Rules as being paid by Sponsor or LloydPans.

11. General Conditions

Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who attempts to manipulate the entry process, submit fraudulent entries, impersonate another person, interfere with the administration of the Sweepstakes, or otherwise violate these Official Rules.

Use of multiple accounts, automated entry methods, bots, scripts, or other methods intended to circumvent the one-entry-per-person limit may result in disqualification.

If technical problems, fraud, unauthorized intervention, platform outages, or other circumstances beyond Sponsor's reasonable control materially affect the administration, security, fairness, or integrity of the Sweepstakes, Sponsor reserves the right, subject to applicable law, to suspend, modify, or terminate the Sweepstakes.

If the Sweepstakes is terminated early, Sponsor may select a winner from eligible entries received before termination, if appropriate and legally permissible.

Sponsor's decisions regarding eligibility and administration of the Sweepstakes are final to the extent permitted by applicable law.

12. Release and Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, by participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless The Best Pizza Shop, LloydPans, and their respective representatives, agents, contractors, employees, and affiliates from claims arising from participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of the prize, except where such release is prohibited by law.

Nothing in these Official Rules is intended to waive rights that cannot legally be waived.

13. Instagram and Meta Disclaimer

This Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram or Meta.

By participating, entrants acknowledge that they are providing their information to The Best Pizza Shop and, if selected as the potential winner, potentially to LloydPans for prize fulfillment, and not to Instagram or Meta.

Entrants release Instagram and Meta from claims arising out of or related to this Sweepstakes to the extent permitted by applicable law.

14. YouTube Disclaimer

Entry into the Sweepstakes takes place through Instagram as described in these Official Rules.

15. LloydPans Relationship

LloydPans is providing the prize awarded through this Sweepstakes.

The Best Pizza Shop is responsible for administering the entry process and randomly selecting the potential winner.

LloydPans may receive the verified winner's name, mailing address, and other information reasonably necessary to fulfill shipment of the prize.

The Best Pizza Shop also participates in the LloydPans affiliate program and may earn compensation when qualifying purchases are made using The Best Pizza Shop's affiliate links or promotional codes.

No purchase through an affiliate link or promotional code is required to enter this Sweepstakes and making a purchase will not increase the odds of winning.

16. Privacy

Information collected from the potential winner will be used only as reasonably necessary to verify eligibility, administer the Sweepstakes, communicate with the winner, and fulfill and deliver the prize, unless the winner separately agrees to another use.

Winner information necessary for prize fulfillment may be shared with LloydPans.
